Raw Material:
We use good quality of raw material (CRCA Sheets, Hardware and other panel accessories) for manufacturing of panel boards
Fabrication:
After receiving the clear drawing approval from our customer, our dedicated Designing & fabrication team fabricate the panel board as per drawing.
Standard:
Dust Proof, Vermin Poof, Cubicle Type, Free Standing Floor Mountable, Expandable.
Painting:
We use 7 Tank Processed Epoxy Powder Coating process to painting our panel boards
Switchgear:
We use switchgear components of reputed make like L&T, Schneider, ABB, Siemens’ or as per choice of customer
Bus bar:
We use electrolytic grade aluminum or copper bus-bars to interconnect the switchgear within the panel board, whatever the customer needs
Accessories:
Like Meters, Lamps, Hardware, Locks, Earthing material would be used of reputed companies or according to the customer’s specific makes
Wiring:
We provide the panel boards with all control wiring with suitable branded copper flexible multi-strand wires using lugs and indication ferrules
Testing:
All panel boards would be tested before packing in our works by well qualified electrical engineers
Packing
All Panel Boards would be packed with polythene self adhesible rolling pack, which will protect panels from dust, rain and any other damages while in transport
